This is my fourth year teaching 2nd grade at Fredericksburg Elementary School. I am teaching language arts and my partner teacher, Mrs. Schellman, is teaching math, science, and social studies.  We make a great team and enjoy being able to focus on our areas of strength. My favorite part about teaching is having lots of fun and adventures with the kids while learning and growing together. 

A little about me...

I grew up in Missouri and graduated from Missouri State University. In 2010, I moved to Fredericksburg, Texas. I am married to my amazing husband, Ruben. We have a daughter, two sons, two dogs, and a cat. We love the hill country! Some of our favorite things include fishing, disk golf, hiking, biking, and anything outside.  After all of my children were school age, I went back to school at Texas Teachers. I am certified to teach all subjects from early childhood to 6th graded and ESL.
