I am currently in my 16th year as the Music Specialist at Fredericksburg Elementary School and received Teacher of the District in 2012.  I serve as the Elementary Academic UIL Coordinator.  I taught band in the Northeast ISD, at Wood Middle School, for 5 years and received the Superintendent's Award.  I taught band in Fredericksburg for 5 years and adjudicated bands in South Texas.  I received a Bachelor's of Arts and Sciences degree in all level Music Education from Texas Tech University while serving as Drum Major of the Goin' Band from Raiderland.  I received my Pre K-4th grade certification in 2005.
