Hello! I would like to take a moment to welcome you and your family to Kindergarten at Fredericksburg Primary School. 

I have been teaching early childhood for 14 years.  I grew up in a small town in Michigan and graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Hillsdale College in 2008.  Upon graduation, I began my career as an early childhood teacher in Kerrville, Texas.  My husband and I now live in Fredericksburg with our two boys, ages 7 and 11.  I have now been part of the FISD family for 7 years.  Every day I am blessed to come to work for a school and district that truly values each and every student and staff member.  

In addition to my Bachelor's degree, I earned my Master's degree in Professional School Counseling from Angelo State University in the Fall of 2021.  I hope to use this degree in the future to continue to positively serve the students of FISD. 

I believe each child is a gift placed in my classroom for a purpose, and I look forward to learning and growing alongside each of them this year.
