I am thrilled to be a part of the Fredericksburg Primary School Family working with our Awesome PreK team! This is my first year here as a PreK teacher and I love working with the littles. Prior to coming to the Hill Country, I taught 17 years at an accredited private school for the deaf located in San Antonio. I taught 12 of those years in Preschool & Prekinder, while the remaining 5 years were in teaching First Grade. I hold a Bachelor of Science From UT Austin in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a concentration in Speech Pathology. I have a Master's of Science from UT Health in Deaf Education and Hearing Sciences.

Although originally from Illinois and Louisiana, my family and I have lived in Comfort for 20 years. My husband, Paul and I are now empty-nesters, raising our German Shepherd (Roxie) and our cat (Toulouse) since our 3 beautiful children are grown. Our oldest, Gabrielle resides in California currently working for "Thursday Night Football!" Our middle child, Sophie, is an Environmental Scientist currently working and residing in Austin. Our son, Tomas is in his third year at UTSA in their Architecture program hoping to attend his grad studies in the Northwest.
