Mrs. Craig's Classroom 2022-2023

  • Welcome to 4th Grade

Welcome back to school!  Our theme for this year is Making Great Things Happen At Stonewall Elementary and I am looking forward to growing with your child.  This will be my twenty-fifth year of teaching, and I know it will be an awesome year.  My teaching philosophy is that every child is capable of learning somehow and someway.  I believe that education is a team effort, and I will rely on the home to support your child’s learning by promoting good study habits.

A little background information about myself:  I was born and raised in O’Donnell, Texas and graduated from high school in 1988.  After high school I attended West Texas A&M University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1998.  In 1999, I completed a Teacher Certification Program through Region 18 Education Service Center in Midland, Texas.  I am currently certified to teach the following:

On a personal note, I celebrated my 33rd wedding anniversary this summer.  My husband is Gerald Craig and he is a claims adjuster with Texas Farm Bureau in Fredericksburg.  We have a wonderful eleven-year old son, Charlie, who is in sixth grade this year.  Some of my hobbies and interests are Boy Scouts, baking, camping, and watching movies.

I am looking forward to working and growing with your child.  Let’s work together to have an exceptional school year.

    Thanks

    Traci Craig
